How do you make people interested in your latest product release? This is the million dollar question every marketing and sales executive in top Silicon Valley companies attempts to answer. The response is often a marketing campaign that includes social media and video. These days, a product simply cannot launch without a video. Gone are the days when traditional broadcast media is considered the main vehicle during national campaigns. Today, social media and video rule. Let’s take Google as an example.

In February, 2011, Silicon Valley business leader Google, Inc. released another cute little animation on their YouTube Channel about Google Apps Marketplace– so cute that it sparked my curiosity to “google” google apps marketplace. It worked! I am now a proud and satisfied user of the product. Check out the reason behind my new addiction.
